As EMEA Director of a leading legal services firm, Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Chair of the Network Development Group at a mentoring charity, Steven has dedicated his career to empowering individuals from all walks of life. His diverse experience includes working for a financial institution in New York and international law firms in the City of London, as well as extensive experience in mentoring and public speaking.
Steven's passion for mentoring and collaboration, combined with a deep understanding of corporate culture, drives MCG's mission to provide genuinely effective training for mentors, filling a crucial gap in professional development.
